SH Waigaoqiao Nanfung Innovation Hub is located in the core area of the SH Free Trade Zone, within the Waigaoqiao Bonded Zone. The park boasts a prime location and a concentration of the biopharmaceutical industry. The site benefits from the overlapping industrial policies and expected to be completed by 2025 Q2.
The project has a total construction area of approximately 23,000 square meters and consists of three high-standard life science R&D and manufacturing buildings. It is equipped with a shared R&D platform, the “” NF Biotech Innovation Hive“, integrating life science investment platforms and industry resources, providing comprehensive value-added services. It adheres to the ESG strategy from the initial design stage, aiming to create the area’s first near-zero energy consumption R&D and production facility.
