Yi Fung Center is located in the international business district of Changning, Shanghai, and was completed in January 2024 and will officially debut in Shanghai in 2024. It has a total construction area of approximately 90,000 square meters, including 50,000 square meters of super-grade A office space and 6,000 square meters of contemporary art exhibition space. The B2 floor of the project will be seamlessly connected to Loushanguan Road Station of Metro Line 2,.The project is an urban complex integrating office, art, leisure and nature. It follows the ESG development strategy and creates a “breathing” quality business ecosystem. The project’s 6,000 square meters of outdoor public open space is highly integrated with greenery. During the design stage, Yi Fung Center has obtained LEED & WELL double gold certification, holds a two-star “green building” award, and integrated the concept of sustainable development into the entire project.
